Er. Vivek Kumar Chandra is a seasoned Civil Engineer with more than sixteen years of experience in delivering complex industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects across India. His career spans large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield industrial plants, CPWD and PWD institutional buildings, high-precision machine foundations, and multi-disciplinary civil engineering assignments that demand both technical depth and strong execution capabilities.
He has led full-cycle project management for manufacturing units, foil and polyfilm plants, rolling mills, heavy machinery installation projects, educational campuses, and corporate infrastructure developments. His expertise includes project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, BOQ and tender preparation, rate analysis, contract management, quality assurance, and compliance with national engineering standards. His hands-on experience with machine foundations such as cold rolling mills, annealing furnaces, grinders, casting units, absorption towers, and industrial utility systems reflects his solid command over industrial construction engineering.
