Er. Vivek Kumar Chandra is a civil engineer with more than sixteen years of experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction across India. He has managed end-to-end execution of Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including manufacturing plants, polyfilm units, rolling mills, CPWD and PWD buildings, and high-precision machine foundations. His expertise covers project planning, scheduling, budgeting, BOQ and tendering, estimation, contract management, and quality and safety compliance.

He has worked closely with consultants, architects, contractors, and government bodies to ensure timely, accurate, and quality-driven project delivery. His leadership focuses on structured planning, teamwork, transparency, and reliable execution. At VKC Infratech Private Limited, he aims to build a technically strong, ethical, and innovation-driven organisation committed to long-lasting infrastructure.
