Minimum 15 kWp rooftop solar installation per 1,000 m² of roof area. Fixtures include dual-flush WCs ≤4.8 L/flush and faucets ≤4 L/min. Rainwater tanks store at least 20 days of non-potable demand, and treated wastewater reuse reaches ≥75% for flushing and landscaping.
Waste, Air Quality & Reporting
Achieve ≥85% construction waste diversion from landfills with on-site segregation (concrete, metal, wood, and cardboard). Maintain PM10 <150 µg/m³ at boundary using wheel-wash stations and mist cannons. Noise kept ≤75 dB(A) daytime and ≤70 dB(A) nighttime near site boundaries.
